It's all very much based on individual choice. What works for one, might not work for another. There are some people who would rather take a pill than a risk, so be the world.... it's good that we have so much information at our fingertips and these forums to share data and stories.

I, too, faced ratcheting down my recurrance risk from 5% to 2.5%. Yes, 5 % can be statistically significant if you are in the 5% category, but when I read about liver cancer and uterine cancer percentages, I weighed out my odds and figured I wouldn't take the Tamoxifen. Believe me, not an easy choice, when a whole cadre of doctors are telling you that you should take the darn medicine.

Anyway, I feel fine with my choice, so I go forward knowing that I have a 5% recurrance risk. I wish it was 0%, but that's life, I guess.....

    Peace to all of you!
