Zapping and Sleep

Just wanted to share with those going into Zapland that I have noticed a significant difference on how the Zapped boobie is reacting to Zaps based on the amount of sleep I get.  As a full time working mother of 3, my sleep time has ALWAYS been in a deficit place.  The first week of zaps, I went to be EXTRA EXTRA early and averaged about 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 hours a night.  Same for second week.  But the second weekend, I went away with my family, slept in a cabin, stayed up reading, knitting whatever, had interupted sleep, etc for 3 nights.  And when we came home on Sunday, I stayed up watching tv [back episodes of House].  I'd say for those 4 nights, I probably got about 7 hours of sleep.

Well this Monday am, Zapped boobie was decidedly pink.  Stayed up watching tv [more back episodes of House. . . .] and at my Tuesday ZapDoctor Peep Show, it was still pink.

Last night, my 10 year old was anxious and wanted to sleep in our bed but not alone so I was in bed, lights out by 9:15.

And this morning, 9 hours of sleep later:  NO PINK.

Based on my personal experience, my suggestion for people who are having issues with reaction to zapping is try up'ing your Z's as in Sleep.

Best to all!

I think rads has really messed with my subconscious. I can barely sleep, I'm tossing and turning WAY more than usual. I wonder if that has a lot to do with my physical reaction. Maybe I should start back on sleeping pills!

Hmmm.  I can say I've had some interesting dreams at night but nothing that really keeps me from sleeping.  Someone on another thread said that taking calcium and magnesium at night made you sleep better so I have been doing that--maybe thats helping?  Also, I have heard that tv/computer makes your brain active in ways that are NOT good for sleeping so when I get in bed with my hot cup of herbal tea [or tissane if I am feeling french Wink], I read for 15 to 30 minutes.

The hardest thing I am finding is the physical act of going to bed.  I get caught up in doing junk around the house or watching something on tv and the next thing I know its 10:30 and I'm still sitting in the living room.

Yes, I brought in the bottles of supplements I wanted to ask about today.  They said magnesium/calcium wasn't a problem, so maybe I'll try those too.  Before diagnosis, my PCP told me that my magnesium, Vit D and Vit B12 were all low.  The magnesium pills are really big and difficult for me to swallow, so after a while I gave up.  I'll give it another shot, because this is ridiculous.
