Titan - I'm not familiar with thistleseed. What does it do? I'll be done rads next week so I'll soon be able to start taking antioxidants again. I'm just trying to figure out which ones. I know I will resume Omega 3s again but I'm wondering if there are other supplements I should consider. I take calcium/magnesium, a one-a-day multivitamin, Vitamin D 1,000 IU (but plan to increase that amount).
