For all you Chicago gals...

Recovery on Water (ROW) is having an open house at Rowfit Chicago on Sunday, March 7. All are welcome to stop by and talk to team members and coaches, try out rowing if you'd like, and find out what an amazing exercise and team sport rowing is!

    Hello Brenda - nice to meet you.

    I wonder how you got along with rowing?

    I have a friend here in London who coaches some rowing teams and I am thinking about having a go.

    Has your chest area managed ok with the rowing?
