HI,

I'm having my surgery tomorrow, lumpectomy with SNB. Had an MRI last week that I still don't know the results, so I'm a bit worried about it and about the possibility to have node involvement.

Just wanted to get some good vibes and healing energy sent my way,

    Hi Daniela....I sent you a note under class of 2010...but I wanted to add something else that really helped me when I was at the stage you are now.

    I actually made a list of what I wanted the outcome to be and put little tick boxes besides each thing.  I then ticked them off after the surgery and pathology report...and noted what changes I had to accept etc.  It really helped me stay positive as I could visualize the end, i.e. being healed and past this part of my life.

    I'm in pacific timezone and my surgery will be around 9am. Will be expecting the positive calming vibes Smile.

    Hi,

    Finally back from the hospital, the surgery went well but on the first night I had some bleeding so back to the O.R and had to stay and extra night.

    Anyway, feeling okay right now, not into much pain, the doc recomended to take extra nodes because the MRI showed 3 zones affected in the breast, so I have a drain. The MRI didn't show nodes involvement and they looked okay in the surgery, so hopefully they were not affected. Now thw new waitng starts...will see the surgeon only on the 23rd, to know the results.
