Insurance issues

hi,My name is Kim. i have a friend that has breast cancer. She has been fighting this for years. she takes oral chemo now,i think.

 they found 2 spots on her brain. They want her to have a bone scan. They have no insurance. She won't have it done, because she just can't afford it. She is still paying on a $1000 bill for a test she had done a few weeks ago. I have done alot of research, and found organizations she can call or apply to for help. What else can be done? Kim
