Happy Easter! And Hope for All!
Today, I am reminded that my journey does not compare with the journey that Jesus made for us! I received my dx on Christmas Eve and I spent Christmas worrying that it would be my last. With surgery, my cancer was cured. With time, my fear is replaced with confidence. With education and this forum, my worry is replaced with knowledge, knowledge that I have caught this beast early and that my chances for survival are fantastic! So for those of you with DCIS, our prognosis is great; we have a non threatening cancer when caught early, as we have. My prayer today is that everyone ---not just Christians, but:for all of my fellow dcis sisters, have a wonderful stressfree day and that if for just for the day, we can put aside our fears and worries and instead replace it with hope and joy!

And now, I am off to cook my ham. After I will make bean soup and put in Kale.....it never hurts to be proactive! LOL!
