Brunch at the Bellagio!
-
Hello everyone. Hope you are doing great and having a wonderful weekend.
Hi Suzie....Hope you are getting ready for you R& R....2bsnapod, where in Mexico, have a great time and enjoy.
Packer where are you, do you ever come to NC, would love to see you or any of you that stop at NC,,,,
I arranged the Piano Bar last year and will be more than willing to do it again. Once we get closer about end August beginning of September we need to get a count and I will start talking to them, they waved the seat charge to save us a seat. I think Coyote Ugly was also a fun bar (Packer , Sandy.....). Of course Freemont St would be great. I am in Vegas in May and will try to get more ideas.
I agree with Tkone, brunch at the Bellagio. It was so much fun and very nice. Steph was able to get us a discount and VIP entrance so hopefully Roomie will be able to help us out again.
We are at 17 or 18 rooms right now. If you guys know if we are going to need more than 20 rooms we need to know so we can see if we can increase our block of rooms. Any input please post and let us know.
LVlinda, it would be great if you can join us, the more the merrier....
I do not want to wish my life away but I cannot wait for Vegas...
Hugs to all the sistas

LVLinda - would love to have you join us for the 2nd reunion. The first one was a blast and I will not for any reason miss this next one! Smoking will definately be an issue fo rme there but I figure by then I will have quit for 9 months so I don't think I can get addicted in 3 days. Playing nickle poker, drinking FREE Cape Cods and smoking goes hand in hand!
-
Jancie-- You eill learn that smoking does not go hand in hand with anything..and after 9 months, it is a little easier. We're there to help you any way we can.. A lot of us have quit and are long term survivors...JUDY
-
Just and idea... How about a comedy show??? Terry Fader is at Mirage...or whoever else may be in Vegas at that time.
Oops...edited to say hello and welcome LV Linda
-
I think if you want to Fader it will cost $$$$$$$$
I saw him when he was on America's Got Talent. He is very good...
Hello LVLinda....I did not go to Vegas last year but I am looking forward to this trip...
-
LINDA YOU ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PRETTY!!
-
JAZZY OOOOOHHH JAZZY....WHERE ART THOU???
-
Im planning on hitting another show this time. We say Zumanity last time and it was really good, a little sexual lol right Tracey? I can't wait to get pool time and girl time and whatever else we come up with!

Hi everyone! I would have posted yesterday, but husband kept me busy running around town, trying to keep my nerves down, due to my surgery tomorrow.
I'll be offline for a few days....but I look forward to seeing all of you in Vegas!
Linda
-
My560sel.....Terry Fader-he was sooo awesome-I watched him too on Ameria's got Talent!! I kept screaming with Joy when ever we saw his picture while staying there at the Mirage... my poor roomies!!
Teresa, I'm all for seeing some shows also-I've already let my friend know were coming. He hooked up acouple for me last trip.
LVLINDA-Welcome to the TA TA SISTERHOOD!!! Your Family!!! Sending healing prayers that surgery goes great & your back on your feet in no time.
Ok Girls...cross your fingers for me, I've spent several hours in the office of Social Security applying for disability, then had more paperwork sent home to fill & get mailed out,yet many hours later-finished & got inot the mail today. Due to my past history & what is ahead-getting back to work is not in the cards yet. Many of my family & friends have been on me about doing this, just never seemed like the right time or I didn't deserve it as much as some..well......My Dr. was behind me 100% of course the rest of the family of friends were too. so now it's a waiting game. I'm use to that-this hernia has complications already & I'm on a 24/7 watch. It's already increased in size, surgery is needed, but time is what my body needs before going in due to the infections & MRSA. Was told that the chronic pain I feel on the left side won't go away due to all the issues that the left breast gave us after the removal & constant infections & cellulitics, so.... have to learn to deal with it-no worries, it's minor considering the other stuff. But there is a good note here too, Commonweal contacted me & I'm on the list. A Cancer healing resort in Cal. You stay for a week & it's a mind,body,soul-natural approach with specialist's helping you be a stronger survivior. My Dr. found it & thought of me, he along with the hospital & a cleryman are sponsering me,& Commonweal has scholarships that I was told they would help-it's a bit spendy. The goal is to send me & then pick my brain to learn & then help other's here from my experience! Looking at June 14th-20th-so I'm very excited!!
155 days & countin down!!! Viva Las Vegas
Take care Chow XOXO Susie

I'm so excited about VEGAS !!!!! Whatever shows/activities everyone decides on is fine with me...I'm just so happy to be going and spending time with real sisters! Pool time is definitely in the cards for me - I LOVE THE SUN !!!!! Maybe a little something, something to sip on, laughter and great conversation with friends - does it get any better !!!!!!

Ladies please pray for me tomorrow... MRI and ultrasound to look at a lump in my armpit (side the cancer was on). MRI couldn't be done in December since it was too soon after my exchange. so tomorrow is the day to do the real imaging. Back in Dec the nodes looked fine. I am sure it will all be fine but you all know how nerve wracking this is. Talk tomorrow
-
Susie and Packer-sending prayers!
-
Packer - you're in my prayers - everything will be fine.
