I guess you could add it if you want to. It's pretty much common knowledge that there's surgery of some sort, be it a mastectomy or a lump.

i think so- it's confusing too cause for example i had 1 palpable node at dx but had neo-ad. chemo so still haven't had surgey (even tho it's been 6 mos) so the node pos ?s they have i can't answer properly. they don't apply to me, i mean. Anyway yes should be changed.
