Herceptin and Back Pain

Hi I was diagnosed stage 3. Went through chemo and rad and just had my last herceptin treatment 2 weeks ago. my back and bones have really been hurting. All the doctors I talke said that herceptin can' t cause this but all the reasearch I have done says that these are side effects.  Just curious if anyone esle has these symptons

    The Genentech website list muscle pain as a known side effect of Herceptin.  I had pretty bad hip, back and leg pain all through Herceptin. Doc's just kind of blew me off too.

    It did get better after treatment ended.

    I'm glad to hear that, I am getting pretty concerned about the back pain. I had a bone scan done about 3 months ago, it looked good. I've off  of herceptin a few weeks now, hopefully this will get better.

    I had bad back and leg pain during herceptin!!  Whatdya know, it started to slowly get better after i was done!!  I had a PET scan at the end, convinced it was everywhere, but nothing!  I stopped in November and feel much better now.  Still a little achy, but NOTHING like i was :)

    Thank you Laura so much for your response. I feel alot better. I have 3 girls my youngest is 6 and I need to be here for them. The mental part of this has been much harded than the chemo and rad.

    Just wanted to let everyone know, My family doctor ordered an MRI on my back and It came back perfect.
