How much progesterone cream?

I recently bought some progesterone cream but I don't know how much I'm supposed to use. Any advice is appreciated.

Since you list that you are PR+ I think the best advise is : as little as possible!

It should say on the directions on the tube how much to take. The usual recommendation is about 20 mg depending on how much you absorb.
