Has anyone seen this and question

Saw this when searching for info. I am not clear if it's for IDC or DCIS as well. Anyone know something? My new fear is that my SNB will come back positive. ugh

Seen it and I worry as well. From what I gather it's for IDC. I had 8mm of invasive but over 5cm of DCIS in a little A cup breast (yes I had mast). I had wonky lymph node that worries me to no end, but onc says it's ok - I may bring this with me when I go in June. FWIW my snb was negative.

This is referring to situations where the sentinel node has already been found to have cancer cells and that can only happen when there is IDC (at least a microinvasion, or more). So it does not apply to those who have pure DCIS.
