I am chinese and we eat bitter melon something time. After reading this, I will eat more often. Believe me the taste is not that bad if you add some sugar when you cook it. You can cook it with meat or cut it very thin and fry it with eggs.

    Watch for the words "may" kill breast cancer cells and the final paragraph which says:

    Ray said bitter melon will probably not prove to be a miracle drug as women in places such as Asia where the vegetable is widely eaten still get breast cancer. 

    Unfortunately there are no miracle drugs.....not trying to be a downer here....just a discriminating reader

    I had heard about bitter melon helping to regulate blood sugar.  A lot of the triple negative research refers to insulin.  Maybe it can help with regulating that.

    I wonder if she threw some spaghetti into the test tube with the cancer cells, would they die too?  sort of just kidding.  I really hope it does help to kill the cancer cells if we eat it.
