    I am also wondering. My tumor is smaller, but my Grade is 3. I don't know how much difference that makes. I am also seeing an onc tomorrow. Let me know how things go.

    I am posting to Vegasmom re: Herceptin but no chemo. I'm meeting with 4 oncs, and that's one of the questions I'll be asking.

    Ril, I would love to hear what you oncologists say.  I am trying to talk my doctor in doing 4 treatments of TCH instead of 6.  By the way my tumor was .3mm very small.   But grade 3, pr+ and her2+.   I got 3 opionins.  One said do nothing & 2 said chemo w/herceptin.  I did ask if I could do just herceptin-but they say there are  no studies out to prove it works by itself.  I decieded to do the TCH, just finishing my 2nd treatment today.   Please feel free to PM me if you want.   Thanks, Tanya

    I am very confused also. I have finished my chemo treatments (act) and am getting radiation now, when my oncologist retested my pathology reports and finds I am HER2+.  So now the question is do I start taxol again to get the herceptin or just start herceptin. Doctors are still trying to figure out what the best course of treatment should be. Wonder if anyone could comment on this.

    I am also very confused recently diagnosed with my third recurrence am now having to decide if I want to go down the chemo + herceptin route,oncologist will review scans and bloods next week.Can anyone help ?.
