Coonie- I have really enjoyed curves..even when i cant use machines, i do the movements off machine and still get the moving around part. it really does help.

Elaine---I've only been twice and wondered if I was getting any benefit from just 30 minutes, but my muscles are letting me know it's working. Constant moving for 30 minutes does get your heart rate up. I think I'm going to really enjoy it. It just feels good to have the strength again.
