Estrogen, No HRT, now what?

I had a hysterectomy years ago, now BC (DCIS). My doctor will not refill my estrogen patches. I'm trying to read so many things related to this that my head is spinning. Our entire body has a need for estrogen, so what am I supposed to do about this? Options?

kcshreve, check out www.hormonerestoration.com you can use progesterone and estriol. If you are able, get to a naturopathic MD to test your hormone levels, so that you can begin bio-identical hormone replacement.
