When will the hot flashes ever end????!!!!!!!
-
Are YOU my bubba????

Coonie - how are you girlfriend? While I didn't experience hot flashes during menopause, my sister did - big time! As she is a doctor, she would have to explain to patients that she wasn't sick (with sweat running down her face) but rather having hot flashes!

Isnt if funny that at our age we have to plan a nap in order to be able to have the energy to get through an evening activity. It has gotten so that I feel like I am in Kindergarten with my afternoon nap planned for and necessary, I lie down and count 3 sheep and Im asleep for 2 hours.
