    I just had surgery on 2/9 for unilateral mastectomy. Doing well with that so far. Plan to get the other side done with reconstruction. In the mean time I will need to do Radiation therapy. My onc and surgeon are suggesting 2 different rad oncs and I was wondering if anyone else had any good/bad experiences in the Ocala area. In case anyone is wondering, I started chemo (TAC) on Dec 7th and after 2 treatments I was not really responding. Target testing reavealed that there really was no other chemo that I could do. My tumor responded well to hormone therapy though so I will be getting my ovaries out and starting on Femara ASAP!  Thanks ladies!

    Hi mom,  I just saw your post.  I live in Ocala also.  I did not have rads, because I had bilat with no further treatment.  I just wanted to say hi.  I had my surgery at Moffitt. Hipp
