Taking a break
Hi, just thought I would check in and say I will be taking a break from the board. It is getting way to intense for me and some sweet ladies are getting hurt. I will check in to see if I have any PM's but I will try to stay away from the boards for a while. Much love for everyone, and just for the record I said ick not Bugs but I meant for a death watch not someone who is concerned and giving comfort. I have seen both and a death watch is sad and painful. God Bless & stay strong
No more Drama

I'm with you, Diana. I'm taking a long - perhaps permanent - sabbatical. The tone here has become...uncomfortable. Will check PMs occasionally.

Did I miss something here????????
-
People have gotten bent out of shape, hurt feelings from one of the "rant" threads....I just wish we could all agree to disagree and if we don't like what someone is writing, to stop reading it....respect...respect for each other and respect for different feelings...we are all on this journey, but do not all take the same path!
-
It always amazes me when I see posts like this.. I have yet, in almost two years.. ever seen a "drama" thread... Or I suppose I just have not been in on that thread...
So odd to me....
I hope you feel ok with this. If you miss the boards.. maybe you could just visit the " just dx" threads... and help there. These new sisters do need our help and comfort.
Take Care.. ((hug))

I don't like seeing anybody leave.....
I think sometimes we have to remember that we are all different stages along in our journey's. We can become emotional and say things out of the heat of the moment. I don't think anybody meant to intentially hurt feelings or be mean. It's so hard behind a keyboard.
Take some breaths, but I hope you find your way back here.

Diana,
Sorry to hear that you are finding it necessary to leave, this is also my last post on stage 3 board, i think the support idea has been lost here, but i will continue to log into other boards from time to time. this is a little note that was written by my bosses 15 year old daughter not long before she died of brain cancer and i think it shows us that we are taking this way too seriously.
I Love My Life
Despite my illness, I face the
challenge of life with love,
kindness, hope and a strong
spirituality that all will be well.
I make the best of every situation,
even on my weakest day, as life I
know can bring its ups and downs to
everyone. My illness makes me
appreciate and value each day that
I can get out of bed, go to school
and meet my friends. I give thanks
for this and my only wish is that
everyone will find the strength and
courage that I have been blessed with.
I love my life -
I hope you stay in touch. You are a wonderful person.
In any case, I wish you the very best!!!!!
-Helena.
