Bloody Nipple discharge

Does any one after 2 yrs have a bloody discharge after Lumpectomy,,,worried tell me what this could be? Also is anybody left with Neuropathy with their Dose Dense Taxol? When does it go away?  So painfull.

    Hi waniyetu-

    Before my diognosis, I had a brown discharge that looked like old blood, which later I found out it was blood. My dx was DCIS. All the specialists I saw said it was highly unusual to have a bloody discharge with BC, it was truly a blessing. It ended up I had DCIS near my nipple which explained the discharge.

    I certainly don't want to scare you, but just to be sure, call and make an appt with your breast specialist surgeon to see. Good luck, and sending positive vibes and cyber (((H U G S))) your way.

    Thankyou for answering me.  I will certainly do that. By the way you were talking about still have tubes in for fluid draining.  Well My husband and I decided to keep them in a little longer ust to be sure all the drainage was gone. My sister in law did not and she had to get the fluid distracted with a needle.  So keep them in as long as possible.

    Ya, 5 weeks of tubes! I stayed the same for the last 3 weeks (90ccs in 24hrs). So when I went in to see the PS, he ripped up my tracker and said "What the heck, lets take them out"! WHAT? I was totally in shock in many ways...Yikes! But so far I'm fine. He was more concerned about the daytime output. He came to the conclusion that perhaps the tubes inside were just irritating me more, producing more fluid.

    I wanted to let you know I had the Biopsy done, and everything was good!!! NO CANER!! I feel so blessed, and thankyou for your concern, and I hope all is well with you. Is everything going good?  Thank you for your prayers
