Pain long after radiation

Options

I am experiencing pain in the breast where I had a lumpectomy and radiation in 2006.  It is very painful to the touh and I am worried there is another lump.  That breast is hard and lumpy anyway near the chest wall.  Can a mammogram detect one there or how would they tell?

I had a painful area like that for many years. I mentioned it to my osteopath in Canada.  The Canadian osteopath is different from an American one. He specializes in alignment and movement of bones, muscles and fascia- connective tissue that covers everything in the body). He stretched the area in a special way and the pain is gone.  The fascia can get stuck after surgery and it is easy to release it in the right hands.  Check with physical therapists, some massage therapists or Osteopathic doctors who can either do the work or direct to someone who knows the techniques.
