Sleep "patches"

Anyone ever heard of sleep patches? Apparently something you stick on your forehead and it helps you sleep? Bev is having a terrible time with sleep. Unless she take a sleep pill, the hot flashes and other disturbances are keeping her from sleeping. A relative brought home some of these "sleep patches" from the United States and says they work great and are harmless. I have not seen them, nor am I aware of what they are made of, or how they supposedly work. Anyone have any experience or input on this somewhat mystical "patch"?

I'll let you know what I find out when Bev talks to them about what exactly it is. At this stage I'm not sure of its origins. I'm hoping its of some commerical origin such that claims as to being non-medicinal have someone backing them.
