Strange reaction on chest

Hi Ladies,

i had a left side modified radical macestomy last May, but having fully healed from everything including rads my bones have skint in the last few days. very sore and bra not helping matters, i have no reconstruction just skin stretched on bone, but had fully healed, it is like the blisters on your foot from walking, a tiny bit of blood and using sudacream to prevent infection.

the original tiny area is healing but other parts are getting sore, it is like friction burns, i wear a small lightweight prosthetic inside surgical bra during the day. Anyone had anything similar, i might just go back to oversize sweaters and no prosthetic or bra for a week and see will it heal fully.

    Hope, I would go to your dr and see if there is a different cream you can put on it.  The oversized shirts also sound like a good idea.  Keep us posted!

    Hope, I am sorry I cant offer any real words of wisdom.  Sorry this is happening, but I can tell you that my port scar just decided one day to get a small hole in it months after it was healed.  I just piled on neosporin and it was fine within a week.  I have learned to expect the unexpected.  I second Bugs, the oversize shirt sounds like a good idea.  Most times I go out without my boobies now.  I am just used to it and everyone around me is used to it.  I do what is comfortable for me, so stay comfortable.  Please let us know how you are.

    i wore and still wear silk tank tops.. very smooth and comfy.. warm too.  (of course my remaining boob needs little support.. like none.

    i found aquaphor very soothing.
