Anyone take Vitamin K2 supplement? This supplement was recommended to a friend by a Natural Path.

I take a vitamin D3 with K2 I get from my naturopath.

We bc girls should stay away from any soy. I would not take it.

ASK YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING ANY SUPPLEMENT to make sure there are no interractions with the conventional therapy

Anyway, with or without supplementation an healthy food (fruits, vegetables and so on) is good. But aslo ask your doctor about your diet.

Vitamin K2 is a very good vitamin. I myself have used this vitamin and believe me it really work wonders!!
