dizzy/lightheaded after treatments, anyone?

Options

I have been dizzy/lightheaded since treatment day 4.  It happens after the treatment and lasts for about an hour.  I feel all foggy and if I move to fast it really brings it on.  Does anyone else out there get anything like this.  My rad onc dismissed it and said he didn't know why I get this way.  I say its the radiation.  I've never felt this way before.

I was dizzy every time I got up from treatment and remained lightheaded for a while afterwards. I have very low blood pressure so I think it might be affected by the treatment. I never spoke to the rad onc since it's not a common side effect so I figured he would tell me it's not from the rads.

That's the mantra of rad oncs - it's not from the rads.

    Ladies,

Make sure you are not anemic.  Have a well-balanced meal before you go for tx.

    Take care of yourselves.
