Thinking Out Loud.....

I'll try some soon. I just take almonds and put them in a bowl of cold water and put it in the refridgerator. For how long?
-
About 24 hours later or less they are nice and big. You just leave it in water just change the water once, because the skin color bleeds in the water and you might think its dirty.
-
Okie Dokie. I will try it.
Good night!
-
Good Night Linda! Report to your post when you are done with your DR tomorrow.

Nice signs! I love my friends too!
I'm back home. The appointment was uneventful, which is good! She doesn't think I need and MRI or mamo until August but told me to double check with the Onc when I see her in a coupole weeks.
How was your day?
-
I wish I could post a pic of a candle for Susan. I will try and hopefully it is not a red box.
We miss you and love you Susan. I hope you find peace.

I see a candle!
I am soooo drained today, 7:30 this morning I get a call from the assisted living, "Your Dad is being transported to the hospital, he fell out of bed and the mattress was half on himand will need stitches in his hand and also hit his head." Great! My brother could not get to the hospital because he was on his way into Boston. So when I got into work at 8:00 I waited a while then called the hospital's ER. The nurse said his is being stitched up and will be able to go back home soon. PHEW. So I got coverage for the phone (I'm the receptionist) and went to pick up my father to bring him back. Poor guy was in his PJ's with no coat or shoes. They put 2 pairs of socks on him and some scrubs, I put my jacket on him. His hand required about 10 stitches and his head is bruised. I thought for sure he was going to have to stay overnight at least, but his is OK now stitches need to stay in for 2 wks and a nurse has to come to check him out everyday. My DH's blood work came back with Low Platelet count, so I had to make an appt for a hematologist, so I made the appointment with my doctor.

We got a dusting also. I work in Westford, did you hear/read the news about the murders??
It has been over 20 yrs since something like this happened.
-
LOL Deb!!
I did hear about the murders!! Yikes!
I just got back from my walk, went early today. Now I have to drive my neighbors son to the train station. He is going to apply to become a student state representative.
-
I'm back from my short walk. We had to do some things with DD, and I asked her just drop me to the bank. I will walk home. She said no way I will take you home. But I needed a walk and she understood. I didn't hear about the murders maybe only the local stations are covering it.
BUMing is almost gone LOL
I'm not eating fish tonight. I'm gonna roast a chicken and veggies.
When I turned the computer on first thread I saw was 'My Mom died" I really believed it was kbugs daughter. Its another sad story, dont know what to say, maybe later I post something.
