I recently met a young woman (age 26) who just finished treatment for Hodgkins Lymphoma. She was fairly early in her pregnancy when it was found (3 or 4 months) and went through chemo pregnant.

So why am I telling you this? Her baby is now 8 months old and he's perfectly healthy and his development is normal.

So you can at least get rid of THAT worry.

Yeah, I was thinking that too....I am just hoping she is being a busy new mother...no news being good news. Let us know if you hear from her.

Big hugs for both of you new moms.  I think it is awesome that you are thriving with your babies and families

I'm sorry to worry you girls!  You're right though, I was just busy being mommy and wife.  I had to do chemo today so you know, I was stocking up the fridge and cleaning, cleaning, cleaning, and doing all the mommy stuff:)  I was enjoying every minute of it, too:) Thank you Leah:)  When I first went to City of Hope they had told me of a baby boy that was 8 months old at that time who's mother had to do chemo there and they were both healthy and happy and in the Rose Parade!
