Hi ladys I just have a question.Is soy safe now i read its safe.Higher doses prevent reacurance.I take arimidex........just wanted to know what you ladys think.........godbless roxy

I eat soy....my onc has given his okay with soy...but just not to over do it....probably only it eat 3 or 4 times.month. I've given up so much to BC, that I eat whatever I enjoy....even drink my red wine!!!

I think it applies to ER/PR + diagnosis, but from what I've heard I think in moderation it's fine, but talk to your onc about it.

I'm triple positive and try to avoid it b/c it suppose to have estrogen like properties and that's not good for us ER+ girls.
