Great to hear Kim!
Just Wii fitted for 45 minutes, then planked for several 45 seconds. Game on, Miss Mary!!
-
Ha - Kerry - I knew you could do more!
stuck at airport -delayed - sigh.
-
Great news Kim!
I was intrigued by the plank some of you are doing, so I checked how to do it correctly and have started practising. I'm aiming for 2 minutes, not there yet!
Mary I hope you are on your way again soon
-
Mary - hope you are in the air as I type!
Wow, all these "plankers" - the heat is on!!
-
awwww, crap. Now I have to try to go for a minute tomorrow. If you hear cursing...umm....lol
-
Dusted off the treadmill today for 30 minutes today and hiking the mountain tomorrow. What's planking?
-
Did my 30 minutes this morning - it has decided to snow again....not much but it is better than rain!
Ohh, Bugs, I tried for a minute yesterday and was a shaking mess! It was not pretty! Will see how long I can last today....
-
I just got back from my first ever yoga class.
I will try to walk at work this afternoon
Lee
-
Kerry, I made it to 60 seconds today! In all honesty, though....I felt nauseous after that! It could be because it was at the end of my workout..but ugh, lol. I cannot believe how long 60 seconds last when you're in plank position!
-
I tell you, nothing like a bit of healthy competition!
-
Planks are the best - really girls - you will see results fast doing them! That is motivating!
I went to the y tonight did a 30 min spin class (my daughter did it too - yay!) and then ran 1.5 miles. I meant to do planks but I forgot - reallly!
-
Up to 990 mins for the month - have a class tomorrow night, will try to go to the gym at 5am and do the treadmill but no promises.
-
You guys are killing me. Two hour walk by the river. I need to pick it up in February. I'll look up the plank later.
I'm proud of you ladies.
-
2 walks yesterday....a nice one in the morning and again after dinner.....then a good walk with the dogs at 5:30 this morning.....went to a present at DD's school tonight on internet safety and kids, so didn't get a 2nd walk in.
-
Long walk today just after lunch and was it sticky hot! Hopefully will go agin with DH later when it cool down , will probably walk to the supermarket and back as there are a couple of things we need..
-
Just back from my 30 minutes - not sticky hot here unfortunately! Its snowing again, well, flurries really, but we still have nothing settling. It is so strange that it is January and there is no snow. The poor kids have done no skating or tobogganing this winter!
I have nothing on this afternoon, so will do some Wii-ing.
-
4 days left!!!! Make sure to email me your spreadsheet (with your mailing address on it) on 2/1!!! For our first month, anyone who has tallied 900 minutes for the month gets a PRIZE :-)
ps - Did 3 mins of planks tonight (60 seconds regular, 30 on each side without dropping - then 30 seconds regular and 15 seconds alternating stacked feet) and a 30 min walk - my class got cancelled tonight. Yay!
Nice to be home early - gonna work on some of my personal trainer stuff!
-
2 short walks today...one this morning to get DD a donut before she left for 3 days, to go to Keystone science camp with school and then tonight to go to a class.....I am enjoying the morning walks...it has started snowing..wonder how much we will get overnight? Need to update my spreadsheet....
-
30 minutes on the treadmill today at an incline.
