Remember during xmas I was making my Armenian eggplant dish and I said I would take a picture i did, now if I only can post it. Its in the camera. Requires more studying.
-
I made low low fat low carb eggplant parm. I am the only one that will eat it. My family does not like eggplant. Being Italian, I grew up with it.
Last week I made sauteed eggplant and scallops.
How do you prepare it?

Thank you for taking care of your family member! Hope it went well.
I went to visit my Aunt today in Ayer. That's probably close to Deb's. My heart breaks for her, but she is doing okay.
My cousin who has the lumpectomy did not get clean margins and they also found a second spot of DCIS so she has to decide what to do next.
-
Linda..His crankiness (my father) is driving me nuts. Either he needs attention from me or he is bored. I had it. I am taking a break no phone calls unless he calls me.
How a person can have this many symptoms Don't understand it.
Anyway now the good part of the day. Strawberries from Florida big container $1.99. Blueberries 1.49 and lots of vegetables including an eggplant made me happy.
having Tilapia fish tonight with a nice salad. Maybe I will put some chick peas in it too.
I still didn't get my VD levels maybe tomorrow.

They are delicious if you like regular zucchini. And baby

I was in Ayer today also. That is were my Dad is at Nashoba Park Assisted Living on Winthrop Ave. I just got back home. I had supper with him then Rebekah stopped by and we had a mini Birthday Party for him.
I live 20 mins from Ayer.
We have to meet for coffee half way.
My margins were too close so I went for a re-excision.
-
I will post the pictures I took on my website.
-
no way!!! Too funny! Next time I visit her I will tell you. Maybe we can meet at McDonalds! LOL!! It's that or Wendys, those are the only places I know there!
I just uploaded a couple pics of my son on Multiply. I cannot figure that site out! I could not post an avatar there but could upload a couple of pics of my son and his gf.

I'm back. I was watching the Haiti telethon Stopped it it was too much and started to think of Sept 11, they did the same thing just singing, its on Love the songs. I think Im talking too much.
We have 2 vegetable stores, both walking distant, you name it thet have it, they have vegetables from Mexico, never tried them because I dont even know how to fix them. Most people here shop from those stores, supermarkets are expensive unless there is a sale.
Lot of fruit are shipped from Chile, which they are fresh and tasty.
-
Occassionally my Dh will bring home fresh fruits and veggies from Boston. They are so much cheaper there! The supermarket is expensive!
-
The one at the rotary?
-
linda...I just noticed picture is back.
Now will try to go where your sons pictures are.
-
Quincy Market or Haymarket Square? I have not been to Boston in ages, don't like driving in that traffic.
