Linda~ so sorry for your loss. A friend of mine gave me this poem when I lost someone close to me. I believe she told me she wrote it when her sister died. I hope it brings some thoughts. It made me think about things a little differently.
Loving Too Much

Loving somebody too much,
makes missing somebody too much.
Hours that used to be full
are hours too empty to bear.
Days that went by too fast,
become days that drag by too slow.
Nights of the coziest sleep,
replaced by nights of dreading the dawn.
Greater loss only could be,
were to have never known your love,
to never have known your smile,
to never have been in your heart.
God help me to cast you my cares.
help me to laugh once again.
Help me remember our hope.
