    Hi Cassie,

    I am sorry that you are feeling down.  Yesterday, I went to my infusion appt. crying!  Normally, I am so positive, but yesterday a lot of things were upsetting me, and I have gained so much weight from the chemo, plus all of my hair is gone!  I am losing my eyebrows now, too!  I am just feeling physically disgusting.

    It's bad enough to go through what we have to go through, but then all of the side effects are like a slap in the face ON TOP of a slap in the face!  LOL

    I know it's hard, Cassie, but it is soooo important for you and for your healing process that you remain positive - as much as you can!  Some of the things that have worked for me are walking - even though my weight doesn't change - and eating foods that are really healthy!  I am lucky to live in a place where healthy food is abundant.  Hopefully, you have that option, as well.

    I am here for you, and I know that you probably have a lot of supporters, too.  It's hard, but use those people to help you get through this!  And, you will!

    Hi Cassie,

    I'm sorry that you are feeling down, I have also been feeling down a lot lately and nothing seems to help.  People say be positive, but that's easy for them to say. Try to focus on somnething that you really like, try to get outside for a while.I know the feeling of anxiety and it will pass eventually, I hope that it's soon for you, because no one should have to go through that, If you still ned to talk, I'm willing to listen.
