I'm baaaaack!

Thank you all for your support and pep talks!  I'm back from biopsy.

OMG - what an ordeal!  It took 3 hrs.  Apparently, the "cluster" is so far back, almost on my chest wall, that they had a hard time getting the proper positioning for the stereo machine.  The radiologist told me that they could, if I wanted to, cancel the procedure and I could get a wire biopsy with a breast surgeon - Um!  No thanks!  I'd waited this long, I wanted to get it over with.  So.......finally, he was able to get enough tissue and microcalcs. to make it worthwhile - he estimated he had about 15-20 calcs.

When I left, I was dizzy!  3hrs face down on a hard table w/no pillow, not my idea of a good time.  Anyway, I'm home now, breasts are bound tightly until tomorrow, and I have about a 3/4" incision.

Thanks again, and now we wait..........up to a week for results!
