safety of fatburners

Hi, I hope someone can answer this question.  I had dx mas on 10/20/09.  I want to have the diep surgery but I was told I need to lose some weight.  I have TE right now I really want to lose some pounds, I'm just wondering if its ok to use fatburners while working out or if this is something I should definitely skip. Please help!!!!!!!

    Farrari,

    I know it's tempting to want to lose weight quickly and fat burners are everywhere.  My feeling is that most of us took years to gain the weight we are carrying and it has a better chance of staying off if we do it without fad drugs.  Our bodies have had enough drugs.  I struggle with being patient but I am doing it the right way this time.  I am journaling my food intake to control my calorie intake, doing moderate exercise and making sure I get enough sleep.  I read that even losing 10 lbs. makes a big difference in our reoccurance rate.

    thank you for responding to my question  I was trying to lose weight quickly due to the fact of the diep surgery I  wanted to have, I know that you are right about taking your time and going slow with it. I can't help feeling sometimes like this nightmare will never end.
