Wheatgrass?
Does anyone know if wheatgrass has estrogen-like properties?
Anyone drink it? How do you feel afterwards?
I have thought about drinking straight shots of it but wonder if I should b/c of being triple positive. I need to avoid it if it acts like estrogen.

I ran wheatgrass by my pharmacist at Cancer Care. She was ok with me taking it & it does not interfere with tamoxifen.

I do too-I am addicted to it. My skin looks amazing, my counts are perfect, no more contipation from chemo ( since I started it completly dissappeared) and energy level great. I also juice so they probably helps as well but for some reason I am addicted to the wheatgrass-I can tell if I didn't have it. I use to do 5 days a week now I do 7. It costs me $18.00 a week.
It taste nasty but i drink it with Apple cider so I don't taste it at all but still always relieved after taken the final gulp. I do 2-3 ounces per day. I bought the machine to grind it and the manufactor is going to teach me how to grow it this summer.

Pure- what juicer/machine did you get??? I am looking for a juicer that can also do wheat grass. What other things do you juice? Any recipe's?

I juice carrott juice and beat juice.
Wheat grass you have to use this little grinder. It costs about $100.00-but you can't use a juicer to do it.
For juicing I think the good vegetables or important ones are carrotts, kale, beets, celery, and giner. I also do oj with Pinneapple every other day.
I hate juicing- to me it is so nasty but there is no denying that within minutes of drinking it you feel really good.
One thing -my skin is really nice and energy levels and blood work is quite good despite chemo and pregnancy.
-
what is the name of your juicer? I am looking for a good one!
