Its not that bad today. it is 30 hardly any snow on the ground.

I have a DR app this afternoon, its a good exercise, over 2 miles round trip.

Weight the same no loss no gain.

Kbug is having the surgery this afternoon at 3:30 it was in Saints post.

I am home. It was a good walk and my Doctor noticed my weight lost, I told her it was by choice not that I was getting sick. Now Will fix myself a nice dinner. I got some Broccoli, string beans and a small steak.

I didnt eat yet because it was dark I thought it was dinner time.

Broccoli stinks like 20 people farted at the same time in the same room, I had to open the window, which is making the room cool. Thank God except few snow flurries wasn't a cold day today. I got some more fish for tomorrow night.
