Has anyone taken Sam-E for depression

Hi everyone,

Just curious to know if anyone has taken Sam-E for depression/anxiety?  I just came off of Cymbalta and was wanting to try something natural. I didn't know if it had any interaction with Tamoxifen which I will be starting on next month.  I will talk to my onco in 3 weeks at my next appt. My onco said Effexor does not interfere with Tamoxifen.

    I tried it for 1-2 weeks awhile back but it seemed to create painful trapped gas feelings for me. Many people love it though so it might be worth a try for you.
