Am I considered Grade 3?

My path report says nucleur grade-High grade, under necrosis it says punctate.  Is this considered grade 3?

    Aces -

    My Path report shows "intermediate to high grade (nuclear grade 2-3/3).  My understanding is that yours would be grade 3.  Something to ask your doc.  I just recd a copy of my path report and my BS did not go over this with me.  I have an appt. with my onc. 1/5 and plan to ask her a whole lot of questions that stem from this report.

    If anyone else knows anything different, let us know.

    Yes Aces, nuclear grades are listed like this - the more abnormal the nucleus is the higher the grade.

    low grade = 1

    intermediate grade = 2

    high grade = 3

    Your nuclear grade is 3, but I find the remark about necrosis being punctate confusing.  It's a different issue than nuclear grade, though.
