I hate snow, but this last photo is beautiful.
-
I agree that bone scans can show too much as they show old injuries and sprains and strains. Also an awful lot of arthritis. I don't know how the guys sort it out. But, we have to hold the faith!
-
Newly fallen snow IS beautiful (Bren, your photos clearly demonstrate that!) -- unless you're stuck in it, or have to shovel it
.
I just went for a long walk -- no snow, but a very cold wind. My cheeks are rosy, and I think it's time for a hot cuppa (haven't decided of what!!).
-
I also love newly fallen snow. It is the shoveling I hate!
Linda, how about a hot toddy? Or a nice latte with a spike of something? MMMMM! I may have one as well!
The photos are beautiful!
-
Thanks Gals ... the shoveling wasn't much fun at all!
peace and love
Bren

I am nibbling on a delicious white chocolate lindt truffle. Mmmmmmmmmm......
-
LOL!!!! Thank-you for sharing PIP! You crack me up!!!! Well, I'm sipping a kinda crappy white wine.
-
Wow! The pictures are amazing. It looks gorgeous...
but I have to admit that I am happy we only got a few inches.
Geez, I'm getting old!
-
Two feet!!!!
We got about 20 inches a couple years ago. It was like living on a different planet. Fortunately, it warmed up and was gone fairly quickly.
-
Ughh -- lots of it in Ottawa.
-
No snow here in Toronto....
-
Ughh for sure...lots in Ottawa. We're used to it so, unfortunately, it's not unusual. Just heard on the Canadian news that they're referring to the snow in the States as 'the blizzard of the decade'. All joking aside, hope our American friends are safe and stay put inside (with your mega toilet paper supplies) until the roads are cleared
-
We're snowed in down here and probably will be for days. Everything grinds to a halt with just an inch of snow - you can imagine the panic we're in with 2 feet of it! Thankfully I have 78 rolls of toilet paper to see me through.
-
LOL enjoyful! 78 rolls!!
We have lots of snow in Montreal. We've had about 3 feet so far. Funny, I didn't have the need to go buy toilet paper!
-
I have a Facebook friend from Annapolis, Maryland, who posted photos of her yard and the amount of snow as of 4:00 p.m. was incredible!
-
It's part of the school curriculum down here - panic buying in a snowy environment.
I live just north of Annapolis and it's still coming down!
-
No snow in Toronto? That is so unfair.
-
Well I wouldn't mind a little sprinkling - just enough to kind of show off the Christmas lights, not enough to need shoveling.
-
Gruel......the dreaded traditional snow panic food!
-
What is gruel?
-
There're some 2 inches of snow in northern Thornhill - leftovers of what has fallen couple of weeks ago (around 9 inches).
-
Rico - sent you a PM. :-)
-
Wait a sec! Nobody said that gruel came from Canada!
-
Well, I think of Oliver Twist and gruel, which makes me think of England, which makes me think of Canada...
-
Wait a minute -- this is a conversation for the Sarah thread -- those following this thread may wonder about gruel and corruption thing...
-
Ooops, wrong thread...
-
I'm sure that Sarah believes that anyone who doesn't make much money should eat gruel.
-
Only if they can pay for it!
-
Okay, ladies. It is well past my bedtime.
Thanks to everyone for the laughs. Definitely something I need as I approach my first cancerversary!
Sleep well, ladies.
And may the snow end soon!
-
Night, Rico!
