Thinking Out Loud.....

Because I saw myself half naked at Macy's fitting room and when I was sitting my tummy was comfortably resting on my lap. It was so scary and ugly. LOL
Maybe you need to go in a well lighted fitting room. hahahahaha
-
fitting rooms are bad

-
Hahahahahahahahahahaha
You are funny. Is it working?
You know what if it wasn't for my ugly tummy I really don't look that big. When I say 172 pounds
(Now is 166 ) my friends don't believe me.
Im doing this more for health than anything else.
Food is no good.
Vitamin B12 is
-
Yes, B12 is!! I never thought I would have a stomach as I am pretty small. I have a little stomach now, which I hate! I want no stomach again! Aint gonna happen! As long as I stay this size, I'm good. I just have to eat healthy and go for my walks....which I do. You are doiing so well in your weight loss!! I don't know how you can lose weight with the Holidays coming. Keep it up! We are proud of you!
Food is good, potato chips are bad!
It was 50 today!! Now the cold is coming!! Yuck!
-
Linda thanks for your encouraging words. I also stopped eating bread.
-
I did that a few years ago. Low carb diet to help my DH. It worked great!! Problem is, I LOVE bread! So, now I only eat it occasionally. I also love whole grain breads so that's helpful. I buy a loaf and keep it in the freezer and every now and then I will make a grilled cheese! Yum!
You do look great! I can tell you lost weight from your avatar LOL!
-
Linda.. are you planning to keep me running to the bathroom tonight?
So glad you can see it through my avatar, you are right the bright green one was making me look fat. hahahahahahaha
-
LOL!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Good night!

Hi Deb!
-
I did laundry. Wrapped my Christmas gifts. Watched Everybody Loves Raymond, Love that show.
And thought about <<<KBUG>>> and <<<FOOTS>>>.
I wonder if the peeping lady was snicking in today.
Oh I had my dinner.
-
Sounds like you got things accomplished today.
What did you have for dinner tonight, my skinny friend?
-
I had a steak, sweet potato and glass of water.
I think I want to have a cup of tea. I used too much sugar maybe I should buy those fake sugars
but they are saying its no good for you. What a big decision..........
-
Guess Who? lol
-
Might as well use the real stuff, chemicals are no good. They are in the fake stuff. Yeah, like I should preach, I drink diet pepsi everyday!!
Steak sounds good!
