Breast Self Exams

I had picked up from my oncologists office one of those self exam cards that hang on the shower head and had forgotten it in my car.

Maybe we should start hanging these on the interior rear view mirrors of our cars with the picture side of it facing the hood (like where the handicap parking placards are placed).  This could serve as either a "petition" against the new guidelines or a show of our support for breast self exams.

    that does sound like a good idea to show our support for doing self breast exams.

    I think it is a great idea.  Mammogram and ultra sound did not find my lump, I did.  I do not agree with raising the age of when and how often to do mammograms but not much has  been said about the new guidelines suggesting that Breast self exams are useless.  Maybe there needs to a bumper sticker created supporrting breast self exams.

    I agree.  No tests found my lump.  It does need to be made more aware how important self exams are.
