Having a friends over to visit and walk
around in the icy day with the sun
shining like a crystal on the ice

Being able to get ready for Christmas
and the New Year. I love to clean out
shed and get rid of things I dont need
in the wintertime. Then I done miss them.
I also love to listen to the rain.

Visiting friends indoor more and eldery too

Seeing the trees bare, and empty birds nests.
But there is beauty everywhere in the winter

Watching the fire in the fireplace and see
the family smiling as they roast hot dogs
Families are wonderful!

Going around the yard cutting boughs of hemlock, spruce, arborvitae and rhododendron to make a swag with a nice bow to put on the door.

Watching the snow fall in Washington

Was 24 degrees this morning and ice everywhere.

I like to see the birds eating the berries out of
my tree, when it is frosty. They look so beautiful.

Cold, crisp, fresh air, and a roaring fire.

The sound of my wind chimes in the cold crisp air.

Watching the wind blow very hard and noisy, praying
the lights don't go out.

The gusty winds and alot of rain. Making the river
high. Good time for fireplaces.

Watching the leaves turn, some very red, in the wind
they look beautiful.

Watching the birds all together flying to a warmer place
they are so beautiful

It was 18 degrees in Auburn Washington last night.

Alot of ice all around, Chimneys are going strong
here in Washington 32 now and high 41

Winter is a time of families having more time together,
because of the cold weather.

God bless all people that are going threw stormy
or cold weather. I am seeing alot of people helping
others through.

Was watching the little birds in the icey weather up
in may tree eating little bug or something. They were
very happy. Gods little creatures can show us alot.

Smelling the turkey dinners in a house of love and
and caring people. I am very thankful we live in a land
of the free.

I do not care for the cold, but I love Christmas carols and the Christmas pagents with children performing.
I too am very grateful for our veterans and their sacrifices which let me live in this land of the free.
