jannokee,
Great news from your scan !! CONGRATS !! glad things went well today, we will hope for more of the same tomorrow !
Blessings
I'm all about the guy drenched in chocolate !
Sorry Ladies that sooo trumps the cheetos
-
Ok, I have not had Cheetos in awhile but am going to have to get some the reindeer drops sound great, actually the thought of chocolate and cheetos sounds good!!! I should have told my hubby to get me a bag for my birthday today, hit the big 50, had a good day but now find it lacking for cheetos. We have a littel snow but nothing like the pictures, since I have to drive in it I am hoping the snow stays away.
Went to see my Family doctor today and he strongly suggests the seasonal flu and H1N1, did anyone else get both? He also suggets I go to pysical therapy for my gail, had a hip replacement a year ago and with all this cancer business have let it go so now I hurt everywher whne I walk too much or am on my feet, oh well pass the CHEETOS please.

jannokee, glad things went well for you today. The first chemo is a scary thing. There are so many unknowns with the first. Be sure to drink lots of liquid and take something for constipation before it hits. My fatigue is cumulative. It just takes me longer to bounce back after each tx, but I only have one more to go, wooohooo. It is very doable, I am wishing you minimal SEs.

Happy, Happy Birthday Day carollynn79!
I'm also glad when someone comes on to share good test results with us. Good for you, jannokee!
Speaking of PET Scan, can I tell a joke?
A woman brought a very limp duck into a veterinarian's office.
As she lay her pet on the table, the vet pulled out his stethoscope
and listened to the bird's chest. After a moment or two, the vet shook
his head sadly and said, "I'm so sorry, Cuddles has passed away."
The distressed owner wailed, "Are you sure?""Yes, I am sure. The duck is dead," he replied.
"How can you be so sure," she protested. "I mean, you haven't done
any testing on him or anything. He might just be in a coma or something."
The vet rolled his eyes, turned around and left the room, and returned
a few moments later with a black Labrador Retriever. As the duck's owner
looked on in amazement, the dog stood on his hind legs, put his front
paws on the examination table and sniffed the duck from top to bottom.
He then looked at the vet with sad eyes and shook his head. The vet
patted the dog and took it out, and returned a few moments later with
a beautiful cat. The cat jumped up on the table and also sniffed
delicately at the bird. The cat sat back on its haunches, shook its head,
meowed softly and strolled out of the room. The vet looked at the woman
and said, "I'm sorry, but as I said, this is most definitely, 100% certifiably, a dead duck."
Then the vet turned to his computer terminal, hit a few keys and
produced a bill which he handed to the woman.
The duck's owner, still in shock, took the bill. "$150!", she cried,
" $150 just to tell me my duck is dead?!!"
The vet shrugged. "I'm sorry. If you'd taken my word for it, the bill
would have been $20, but what with the Lab Report and the Cat Scan ...." -
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Carollyn!!!!!!!!!
-
Thanks elimar, I needed that ...lol
-
jannokee -
I hope you continue to feel well throughout this thing - glad to hear the PET scan came out well. I know it must be very unsettling being at the oncologist all day like that.
-
That's a good one, Elimar.
I saw the bunny thing earlier today and thought it could be a Chia-Pet, jst add water and it grows Cheetos. I was all into that!
-
Love the Cheeto pet.

Avert your eyes and scroll down if you are feeling especially prudish this month.
Also.
Put down any liquid drinks.
I don't want to be responsible for computer contamination.

(I just couldn't resist. What with the build a man conversation and today's focus.
Please forgive me -- but I really did laugh-out-loud.)
FWI: This was under a search for Cheeto Art.
-
I am glad you gave us a warning, especially about the drink, I would have blown it all over...This is too funnnnny...lol

You Ladies crack me up. Thanks for the giggles
-
Cheetos Jesus? Hey, if you come across a whole Cheetos nativity scene, um, could we have that on the 25th?
As for the other, I knew there must be some Freudian reason I was a Cheetos-holic!
-
Elimar I really think this looks like your Avatar in a way. LOL hahahahaha

Barb, You HAVE to see Christmas Story. You will love it. I forget if it is Thanksgiving Day or Xmas Day or Eve, but they show it on one station 24 hrs straight. I have seen it at least 20 times, but it never fails when I watch it again, I always see a part or hear a line that I somehow missed. Last week the LIttle Theatre group in my hometown did it and my friends grandsons were in it....one played Randy, Ralphie's little brother and the other one was Schwartz the kid who did the triple dog dare or whatever it was to lick the pole. They did a great job I like the green and purple tree and the cheetos, well they make me hungry. Really love the pic of the cat looking at the snow....that would make a good Zmas card. I think I will go buy some of those crunchy style cheetos now.....have not had those since prechemo.
-
Carollyn.....I got both flu shots....took me awhile to find somewhere that had the H1N1, but I got it last week at the Health Dept. Happy Birthday......to me 50 sounds young.
-
FAITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- oooooooh I'm going to tell u're hubby on u....................ROTFL

Carolyn Happy Birthday.
