Body Alkalinity

Options
I am not a cancer therapy expert but I do know that my friend Leah got her 2 types of cancer under control by adopting an alkaline (organic) diet and drinking lots of ionized water. She does other alternatives as well but those 2 things were the biggest changes she made. You can PM me if you want more info plus I have her blog link too - there's no catch.

It has been proven that diet alone cannot affect the alkalinity of ones' body. The body creates the PH through the breakdown of diet, not by what one eats.

My friend compliments her alkaline diet by drinking alot of ionized water as well. Her water ionizer gives her drinking water a pH level of 10.

The body needs both acid-forming and alkaline-forming foods to maintain a proper balance. It is important to note that acid-forming foods in and of themselves are not bad. The problem that occurs for most people is that they consume a diet that is too high in foods that create acidity and not rich enough in foods that promote alkalinity. It's necessary to eat foods which complement each other for this purpose.

What you eat and drink every day will give you a good indication, if you think your body might be acidic. How acidic or alkaline your body is, directly affects your health and is controlled by what you eat, drink and breathe. Most people eat The SADD diet (standard american dead diet) processed, microwaved and/or fast food on a daily basis; and often coffee, sodas and alcohol. (Not to mention pharmaceuticals) These toxic foods, drinks and substances are nutrient deficient, acidic and create a burden on the liver, kidney, heart, digestive tract and so on.
