Bone scan results - is this nothing or something to worry about?

Just got my bone scan results and they read:

"focus of increased uptake in the acromioclavicular joints, right greater than left.  Recommend evaluation with cross seciontal imaging"..;...."there are foci of increased uptake in knees and feet bilaterally, representing degenrative changes."

So if I am reading this right, it appears that I have some arthritisin my knees & feet, and most likely some in my shoulders, so there is no need to worry, it looks like I have absolutely no bone mets at all, right? (YEA!!) - thats how I am reading it.
