How is Best Chemo Decided?

First, thank you all for being there to listen and talk with!
The Courage and Endurance of so many of you is encouraging as I learn and attempt to decipher what path to take after surgery, a right mastectomy, and then an emergency surgery from a severe bleed that required a transfusion.
With the many combos of chemo drugs, does anyone know how the best one for you is chosen, and then suggested by your Onco Dr.?

It will depend on your type of cancer, your stage, and whether you are HER2+. Your oncologist will recommend it to you based on these things.
