How do you add your diagnosis to your profile?

 So it appears at the bottom every time you post?

When I go to Profile, then edit, I see a listing for diagnosis but no space to type it in. There are boxes for biography, and signature, but no diagnosis.

    Go to My Home, and then on the right next to "edit my profile" is an area that says "edit my diagnosis."  It's a drop-down box, you answer questions and it'll show up in your profile.  If you don't know the answer, you can leave the question unanswered and it won't show up.

    How do you add details, like I see some have? The drop down menus did not give that option. Put those in the signature line instead?
