wierd lump
I have develped a lump on my breast that is raised, red and itches. It is on the site where Ihad a scar from something (biopsy, I think). It is scaring me very much. I will go see breast surgeon on Wed. Haven't told anyone expect my bc sisters. Sinking feeling, but hoping it is nothing. Any thoughts? Thank you

Good for you for going to a breast surgeon, and paying attention to your body. I am expecting you to get good news on Wednesday (or as soon after that as you get a report.). Probably nothing but a rash or bug bite, but you are smart to check. Let us know. And, trite I know, but you are taking appropriate action so try not to worry or go to the dark side.
I had a few worries post treatment--nothing to see there after all (but I go everything checked out).

very normal to be nervous - especially so close to your diagnosis. It will be fine. Treat youself well - and let us know when you get the all clear Wednesday.

we do honey, believe me we have all been there. Do something to divert yourself, have a glass of wine, relax. . . . you will get it checked out and taken care of. It will be o.k.

It's totally understandable that you are scared, but you are doing the right thing by having it checked. It probably is related to the biopsy - my PS told me itching is, to the body, a mild form of pain. Try not to anticipate the worst.
