PLZ Need Advice... ! Desperately....

Sorry to be a bother.. I am just very frustrated and need advice.. A few weeks ago I went to a breast center for a very large lump in my right breast. I had a bilat mam and a bilat ultrasound done as well as a needle core biopsy on the lump in right breast. The ultra sound revealed I have two small pea sized lumps in my left breast. The doc said they appear to be b9 and she will look at them again in 6 mos. As for my lump in my right breast the biopsy came back b9. She said I had mastitis and gave me bactrim an antibiotic for 10 days. Well after the 10 days the lump was still there. So she put me on levequin an even stronger antibiotic for 14 days. I have till friday then I will have taken all of those but as of today there is still no change. At my last app she said she was only putting me on the leviquin because she is affraid to take me off of antibiotics because I have her stumped. Wtf? I am so frustrated. My lump is still there my nipple is invertered I have a small red spot where the lump is my breast feels like it has sharp shooting pains in it off and on. Plus to top it off the biopsied area has not healed.. It wont close. I have this little open pin hole in my breast from the biopsy. They didnt even want me to go back in because they dont do appt. for follow ups to mastitis ,but right now I am in between pcps. My old one left practice. So now I am stuck trying to find a new one. In any case I made them give me a follow up appt at the breast center. I go on mon. What should I be saking for ? I really dont think I have Mastitis as I have not had any of the symptoms of mastitis my breast doesnt hurt I never had a fever. I have had this lump in my body since july... I just want to know what is wrong with me... I would appreciat any advice you have to offer. I am just at a loss of what to do ..

    One of the very frist questions I would ask the doctors if he/she has every heard of IBC.  So many doctors have never heard of this type of bc let alone seen it.  IBC symptoms very from person to person.  I personally did not have any of the symptoms that are listed for IBC.  If need be get a second  or third opinion until you feel comfortable with the answers. 

    I would also let the doc know your concerns about IBC bring in a list of symptoms with you.

    I went to the breast center on mon. She didnt see any change so they sent me over to a surgeon. He decided I needed surgery. I had it on Wed. They removed the entire lump which he said was chronic breast infection. I know they did send it to a lab and I should have results from it on mon. I did leave the hospital with a drainaige tube in my breast, I am hoping that will come out on mon, It has been a very interesting week. I meant to post earlier but was in a fog from the pain meds.. Thanks for being concerned and thinking of me . I will keep you posted as to what I find out on Mon. The surgeon said he doesnt believe it to be cancerous but we will know for sure when the path results are in...
