"THANKS" Giving

I very rarely post anymore except for one VERY SPECIAL THREAD with  some VERY SPECIAL FRIENDS.  But I do LURK a lot and read so many posts,  today I stumbled across one that was quite upsetting.  I am going to do my VERY BEST  to keep this GENERIC as this forum for sure does not need anymore drama.

I read this entire thread,  perhaps I should not have,  but I did because I recognized some posters that are very near and dear and  have always been a wonderful support to me even though the shoes we walk in are VERY VERY DIFFERENT.  I was amazed,  ashamed and saddened,  So that is why I am braving the elements this evening to say THANK YOU.  THANK YOU to every single woman on this forum who has listened to my rants,  vents ups & downs for the past three years,  BC related or not.

Thank you to those ladies who carry a FAR FULLER PLATE than I can even begin to  imagine,  THANK YOU  for support and kindness when you have all you can do to deal with your  fears,  sadness and anger. THANK YOU  for taking time to support me when you are trying to lessen the fears of your own family. ,

We are just a few weeks away from "THANKS" Giving,  perhaps we can give Thanks for awhile instead of scoldings and angry hurtful words  Perhaps we can understand the needs of others,  the need to be able to express ones fears in a SAFE place where others truly understand the feelings.

Perhaps we can forgive mistakes  -

PERHAPS WE CAN JUST SAY THANK YOU

edited to say, oops, didn't mean to yell that amen. But am emphatically agreeing with giving thanks.

I agree. I read alot and I am very leary of posting because things seem to be getting so out of hand on some of these threads lately. I am scared I will say the wrong thing. I will post here though and say "Thank You"

Cathi, I was attracted to this thread by the title alone, and then thrilled to see it was your thread!

I, too, am VERY thankful for this forum and the friends I have made. I remember you were the first one I ever worried about as you trudged around with your O2, you scared me! I was so relieved to hear that it was only temporary. Then, once in the middle of the night, while I was cruising the threads looking for relief from anxiety, you posted and told me to "Let God take the helm". I almost melted with relief. Those words have stayed with me all this time.

So I say thank you bco. But a BIG thank you to you, Cathi!

    Much love,

I am thankful for this site and those who truly act as though they care. I am even thankful to those who have been mean because if not for them, we wouldn't so appreciate the nice ones. Amen

Thank-you Cathi for starting this thread.

I give thanks to all the women here -- for supporting me, and supporting each other.  And a big thanks for the women who make me laugh -- you can have fun on a BC support forum.  Who'd a thought?

And thank-you Melissa for all of the work that you do.
